Will Thor fight with Kratos in the next part God of War?

Until now, there are probably a lot players finishing God of War. The journey of Kratos and Atreus on Midgard has come to an end. However there is a question rising: what will happen next in the journey of Kratos and his father, “It will not end” - confirmed by Santa Monica Studio. The war with the Norse Gods is still unfinished, but based on the Norse Mythology, players can somewhat predict what will happen in the adventure of Kratos and Atreus.

Atreus and Loki

At the end of the game, Faye wants to give Atreus the name Loki. Thanks to Marvel, a lot of people know about this insidious god of Norse Mythology, though, Loki plays a huge role in Norse Mythology. Loki, the son of the giant Laufey (Faye), plays a vital important role in Norse Mythos' great plan. Loki is also the father of three main characters in the temple: Hel, Fenrir, and Jörmungandr (also known as Serpent World). Thus, in accordance with the mythology, Atreus was the father of Serpent World. Although this has not been officially confirmed in God of War universe, Santa Monica Studio will let players know the official information.

Another considerable event is that Fenrir is missing in God of War. Fenrir is a giant wolf and is one of Loki's three children, who is said to be capable of swallowing the sun. Fenrir is a key character in Ragnarok's story, as he is the one who wants to kill Odin. Possibly, this character will appear in the next part of God of War.

The secret ending of God of War also gives players a glorious and exciting scene – Thor comes back one year after the end of the game. Obviously, both Kratos and Atreus are very surprised and even, the highlight of this secret ending is not Kratos and his father but the most powerful god of Asgard. The question is: Will Kratos kill Thor? And can he kill or not?

Odin, the ruler of Asgard, the god makes any fan of God of War or Marvel desire to see the battle between him and Kratos. Odin is a war-god in Norse mythology while Tyr is the god of law and justice. Odin is a very strong god, so this will be a worth-to-expect battle and certainly Odin will have an important place in the next part of God of War, besides Thor.

So the next part of God of War is sure to be more attractive when most “famous guys” will appear in the next part, besides Ragnarok event. God of War is just the beginning of Kratos' war in Norse Universe, let's just wait for the fierce battle between the gods in the next part.
