Lose the bet with students, the teacher must make the exam about game

Teachers are always the people we have great respect for, simply because they are the ones who provide young generation enough knowledge to enter the difficult life. But, it is their positions that make a gap between teachers and pupils, so that sometimes teacher leaves the impression on pupils as stern person.

But that's not the story of chemistry teacher Mike McCray at Tippecanoe High School, Ohio, with his students. In fact, an interesting story he shared with Kotaku shows a very close relationship between him and his students.

Mike McCray said before the second semester examination, he agreed to bet with a student that if his tweet got 6700 retweets, he would put Fortnite game in the test .

To make evidence of this bet, McCray was forced to take photos with his students, with the words on the board "6.7 thousand retweets to get our second semester exam to be about Fortnite”. And as said, our chemistry teacher had to accept defeat. As soon as posted on Twitter, that tweet attracted enormous attention and received over 30,000 retweets so far, making it far from the initial milestone the teacher agreed to.

After this victory, McCray's students will be sure of passing the final exam. But, on the other hand our teacher will try to integrate chemical questions with the Fortnite theme.

Despite the loss, McCray found that his test would be more attractive to students. Maybe later on these students will express more interest in his subject.
