Dragon Ball Legends unveils a brand-new character

The fans of Dragon Ball Legends and mobile gamers have just received very good news that Dragon Ball Legends will be available on Android and iOS. This is the first time a fighting game which has strong gameplay focusing on PvP in the world Dragon Ball is available on mobile.

However, this is not the only strength of Dragon Ball Legends. This mobile game also has a unique character that fans have never seen before. And of course, it was Goku's "compatriot".

Dragon Ball Legends Trailer.​

Firstly, this character, besides appearing in Dragon Ball Legends' new trailer, has never been seen in any Dragon Ball’s products. More than that, this character is written by Akira Toriyama. However, from his appearance we can guess some details about that man.

The first thing fan can recognize is that he is a Saiyan. His hair, face and even armor... we can be sure that Saiyan clan has a new member. However, the color of this character's armor is different from that of standard Saiyan’s armor in Universe 7. Therefore fan is wondering whether this warrior comes from Universe 6 where Saiyan's clothing color is bluer.

However, a thing in the trailer completely rejects this speculation. That's the tail, the only feature of Saiyan clan in Universe 7. When Vegeta first met Cabba - Saiyan warrior coming from Universe 6, he said that the armor Cabba wore resembled the armor of ancient Saiyan warriors - before Frieza arrived and dominated Vegeta.

This makes fans immediately think of Yamoshi - the first Saiyan can transform and be honored as Super Saiyan. Although being Saiyan, Yamoshi always wanted to eliminate the cruelty of this race. And so he and his five comrades fought against Saiyan force. When there was no choice, Yamoshi unexpectedly activated the ability to transform into Super Saiyan for the first time and soon became a legend from there.

However, there is no confirmation from the developer that this is Yamoshi. We have to wait and see who this character really is and how it affects Dragon Ball. Dragon Ball Legends is scheduled to be released on Mobile this year and GameHub will update the download link as soon as the game is released.​
