Xin chào các bạn,

Trong thời gian qua khi GameHub.vn dần gây dựng chỗ đứng trong mảng tin tức và đánh giá game nói chung tại Việt Nam thì đồng thời chúng tôi cũng nhận được sự ủng hộ của những nhà phát triển nước ngoài. Trước tin vui này, các hãng game lớn trên thế giới cũng như những studio phát triển độc lập luôn gửi sản phẩm về GameHub.vn, từ đó giúp trang tin chuyển tải đến bạn đọc các thông tin cũng như những đánh giá chính xác nhất về game.

Tuy nhiên trong những ngày gần đây, dựa vào sự hỗ trợ từ phía các nhà phát triển và phát hành từ nước ngoài đối với GameHub.vn mà kẻ xấu đã lợi dụng điều này để tiến hành lừa đảo. Cụ thể chúng dùng email cá nhân hoặc email giả để tự nhận mình là thành viên của Ban biên tập GameHub.vn, từ đó yêu cầu nhà phát triển cung cấp key game bản quyền. May mắn là nhờ vào sự tỉnh táo của những nhà phát triển game nước ngoài cũng như đội ngũ điều hành GameHub.vn mà tình hình sớm được sáng tỏ, cho phép hai bên phát hiện ra kẻ xấu.

Tuy nhiên để tránh những vấn đề không đáng có trong tương lai, Ban biên tập GameHub.vn xin thông báo chính thức là chúng tôi không bao giờ cử thành viên đi yêu cầu nhà phát triển cung cấp key game bản quyền. Nếu có nhu cầu trong việc liên lạc để trao đổi thông tin nói chung, chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng các địa chỉ email sau:​

Thông tin được gửi về tới ba địa chỉ email này, đặc biệt là địa chỉ email Contact@Gamehub.vn sẽ chỉ được phản hồi bởi 2 địa chỉ email sau:​

• Hailt@Appota.com - GameHub Manager.​

• Duynt@Appota.com - GameHub Content Manager.​

Bất cứ địa chỉ email nào phản hồi mà không phải là hai địa chỉ email này xin các nhà phát triển không phản hồi, cung cấp thông tin hay key game. Xin cảm ơn sự ủng hộ của các nhà phát triển và phát hành game nước ngoài cũng như trong nước trong thời gian qua.

Official Statement​

In the past time when GameHub.vn gradually build up its position in the gaming news and video game reviews in Vietnam we also have the great support from foreign developers. With our great developement the major game publishers in the world as well as independent development studios has send their game to GameHub.vn, which helps our site to convey information to readers and perform the most accurate reviews.

However in recent days, taking advantage of the support from foreign developers and publishers some people have tried to fake our identity and take game keys from deverlopers for free. They identified themselves as members of GameHub.vn editorial board and asked developers to provide game keys. Fortunately, thanks to the notice from foreign game developers as well as the editorial board of GameHub.vn the situation was soon clarified and allowed the two sides to detect the scammers.

However, in order to avoid unnecessary problems in the future, the editorial board of GameHub.vn officially announces that we never send members to solicit developers directly for game keys (or promo codes). If there is a need to exchange information in general, we only use the following email addresses:​

We have only two email address that will respond when developers provide game information or game keys:​

Anyone who responds without using these two email addresses, please do not respond, provide information or give them game keys. Thanks for the support from the developers and publishers of foreign and domestic games in recent years.
